蒋学芹教授


   

蒋学芹,男,19813月出生,香港另版挂牌网站信息科学与技术学院教授,博导。专业方向为信息与通信系统。曾先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金和面上项目、上海市青年科技启明星、上海市教育委员会创新项目等纵向项目7项。目前担任研究领域著名期刊IEEE Communications LettersIEEE Access的副编辑。已在国外重要期刊和会议上发表论文130余篇,其中SCI收录80余篇(其中,ESI高被引论文1篇),授权发明专利13项(其中,已转化2项)。参与编写密码行业标准《高斯调制相干态密钥分发产品技术规范》、《高斯调制相干态密钥分发产品检测规范》,工信部行业标准《电信数据服务平台第12部分》、《电信数据服务平台第13部分》,《面向制造业的5G专网运营白皮书》。
